In April 2011 I arranged for Miami Valley Turf and Landscape Company to landscape my home. It was a major effort that involved removal of grass that had encroached on flowerbeds, topsoil and mulch application, tree and shrub removal, and other associated tasks. They did such an outstanding job that I am compelled to write this Letter of Appreciation. The company owner, Craig Browning, led a team that was extremely hard-working, polite, and very professional, and the job was very reasonably priced. They attacked the job with great enthusiasm, worked at full-speed, and didn’t stop until it was done. My landscaping is now immaculate, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It exceeds my most optimistic expectations. The professionalism, expertise, and courtesy shown to my wife and I by Mr. Browning and his crew was extraordinary, far beyond what is normally experienced these days. In this day and age it’s rare indeed to find workers that go beyond the minimum level of performance. Craig and his team certainly do. Their work reflects highly on themselves and I would strongly recommend Miami Valley Turf to anyone who is considering having any landscape work done.
